All our appliances are guaranteed for two years for parts and labour (excluding vandalism, false manipulations, modifications, etc.). In the event of an observed malfunction, we carry out a remote diagnosis of the equipment with you (by telephone or direct connection to the equipment). The equipment is retrieved at your earliest convenience and returned to the workshop if necessary, for services that include repair and reshipment (average time: 7 working days). Elan City is responsible for the return transport costs.

Our team of specialists will also support you throughout installation and operation.

Fitting and installation

This can be carried out directly by your local authority’s technical services, without the assistance of a dedicated contractor. However, we are available to assist you on request.

Software updates

We make all new versions of our software available to our existing customers free of charge, so you can benefit from our ongoing improvements, and always have the best and most up-to-date equipment.

Maintenance

Throughout the warranty period and beyond, you will benefit from a comprehensive service contract including:

  • repair of your equipment with parts and labour,
  • automatic 3G/4G supervision of your fleet,
  • automatic update of the on-board software allowing you to benefit from the latest innovations in terms of functionality.
